Personal training at home, the most popular choice for the majority of my clients is to train with me in their own home, or garden. It's easier for you, there's no traveling to a gym as I come to you with all the kit we need for personal training at home. I structure your workouts based around the goals you have set for yourself.

Diet & Nutrition Advice
Unfortunately you can't out train a bad diet, especially if you over the age of 30! However, what you can do is reach a balance where you still get to enjoy food, and get fitter, and change body shape. You don't need a heavily restricted diet, what you need are realistic habits that will keep you going for life.

All Kit Provided
I carry all the kit we will need to get an effective workout in your home. If you already have some kit then we can use that too, but if you don't then you won't need any to get started.

I carry Kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX suspension trainer, exercise mats, bands, skipping ropes, battle rope and boxing pads.

Ongoing Results Tracking
This is really important for a couple of reasons; 1 - we need to know if the plan is working for you, the results never lie. 2 - it will act as a great motivator when you see your body fat % dropping and the inches coming off.

I don't do body weight or BMI, neither are an accurate reflection of body composition change (ie losing fat and getting leaner.).
